Managing Organisational Change

This course is for HR and line managers who are involved in change projects. If HR and line managers are to manage major transformation in their organisations they need to be able to get buy in from staff and other key stakeholders. There have been a few headline examples where organisations have had to postpone or halt changes as a result of employees refusing to accept and support change.
