She has worked on a wide range of projects with a variety of organisations in the corporate, non-profit and public sectors.
Her work has included a full range of consultancy from creating strategy to provision of learning solutions as well as one to one coaching and counselling for staff experiencing difficulty.
She has specialist experience of working with trauma, which has ignited her interest for providing supervision and learning solutions on emotional resilience for HR Managers.
