She has experience of both the commercial and regulatory areas of the financial services industry, supported teams through regulatory inspections, and works with the Financial Services Authority and authorised firms to support management competence and capability, as required by the Financial Services & Markets Act.
Sara has designed and implemented change management programmes, and communications infrastructures - introducing team briefing and editing company newsletters.
