Richard Seel
Richard has consulted for a number of commercial and not-for-profit organisations, working with boards and management teams on strategy, business planning organisational change and team development. He has an MSc in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge and is also a Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management.

He has a particular interest in organisational culture and development and has worked with large and small organisations to help them understand their culture better and to work on ways of enabling it to change. Before becoming an independent consultant Richard spent his working life in the BBC. Much of this was as a programme maker; the last ten years were spent in management, facilitation and internal consultancy.

Richard has written on a range of subjects including organisational life, counselling and computing. He is an experienced speaker, having worked with audiences ranging from twenty to six hundred and has appeared on both radio and television, including the Oprah Winfrey show in Chicago.
