Peter is a Senior Human Resource Development Manager in a large public sector organisation where he works on a job share basis. In the rest of his time he works with private, public and not for profit organisations providing development for groups and individuals.His particular interest is developing the business skills of individuals in order to achieve specific organisational aims.
After graduating in Law at Leeds, Peter spent time working in the Arts in London, before moving into management in the public sector. He is qualified to carry out psychometric and personality testing and registered with the British Psychological Society. He now has more than fifteen years experience working as a developer and facilitator in London and the SouthEast.
