Lesley Pearson has almost 30 years broad based HR experience including 18 years employed in the financial services, FMCG and light engineering sectors and the rest in consultancy.
Highly business and results oriented, her consultancy experience has covered a wide range of projects in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors using a practical ‘hands on’ approach. A considerable proportion of her consultancy work has been in the remuneration field where she uses her breadth of experience and knowledge to relate reward to other HR issues.
Lesley has a postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the London School of Economics and she is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute. She also has specialist qualifications in stress management and counselling and is also qualified at BPS Intermediate level B for psychometric testing.
Assignments have included tutoring on public workshops on total reward and reward strategy, running information and evidence gathering training, designing reward strategies and practices, auditing and reviewing terms and conditions and HR policies and externally benchmarking pay levels.
