Lesley’s experience ranges across a wide range of business sectors in the UK and internationally, including FMCG, IT, airline, construction management, electronics, manufacturing, public sector and not for profit for organisations. She is a Member of the CIPD and has a strong track record of success in both company & individual development.
Prior to moving into consultancy, she was Head of Learning, Education and Development for a major construction management company. For the past eight yeas she has specialised in maximising the potential of companies by enhancing the performance of its employees. Example projects have included competency development; introduction of 360º feedback and coaching; designing and introducing performance management; organisational development strategy; facilitating teams; implementing an HR strategy and achieving Investors in People; designing and delivering a Core Management Skills Programme built around values and individual coaching.
Lesley’s key strength is in building and maintaining rapport and gaining the trust of people at all organisational levels.
