Deborah has had extensive experience in the business of training and development. Starting out as a trainer with a major bank she has progressed and developed her skills to professional consultancy level and has worked with a host of clients in various sectors.
Performance and management development are both themes of her current work as she has been assisting with a Performance Development programme for a large financial organisation. This programme has been aimed to develop skills that drive team and management performance to achieve objectives as well as a strong focus on behaviours to meet this end.
Debbie is a member of the CIPD and has a professional Diploma in Management covering 'Managing Development and Change' and 'Managing Resources for the Market' gained as part of her MBA studies with the Open University.
Debbie is an experienced coach and has a Diploma in Performance Coaching for Business. As an NLP practioner she uses her NLP techniques in her design and delivery of her training materials as well as in her coaching sessions.
Debbie has also worked in Stress Management and is qualified to train in this area.
