Darren is an experienced employment lawyer who now focuses entirely on training and writing. After qualifying at the Bar in 1990 he began his career writing for IDS Brief and is the former Head of Employment Law and Social Affairs at an industry association. His most recent roles have focussed on employment law training. He writes regularly for Xpert HR and is the consultant editor of the Industrial Relations Law Bulletin.
His expertise covers all areas of individual and collective employment law including discrimination, equal pay unfair dismissal and redundancy.
