Chris Schofield
Chris is an experienced senior manager and consultant, who has worked at director level, with a record of maximising the effectiveness of human resources in the public sector both at local and national level.

Over the past 8 years Chris has worked as an independent consultant on a variety of public sector projects. He has been involved in developing and implementing human responses to strategic priorities, developing and implementing performance management approaches, employee relations troubleshooting, facilitating senior management restructurings. Most recently he has been concentrating on designing, facilitating and implementing pay structures for local councils and government authorities.

Chris is Editor for Butterworth’s Local Authority Employment: Law, Practice & Procedure and is a regular Employment Tribunal member.
