Carole is a Fellow of the CIPD and is qualified Executive and Career Coach. She works with executives on issues of performance, personal and career development and has a particular interest in developing managers to coach their staff in ways that are appropriate to their role. She has worked with individuals at every age and career stage from high potential entrants to Chief Executives. Her own career has encompassed work in the University sector, management consultancy with international consultancy PA, and teaching and researching in a business school. She has wide experience in career issues at both an individual and organisational level.
Carole has written a number of books on career issues and management issues. Her most recent book ‘Coaching to Solutions’ has been described as ‘an invaluable addition to any manager’s toolkit’, because it positions coaching as a skill that ‘any manager would want and be able to develop’.
