Andrew’s experience as a communications consultant totals 19 years following several years in education as head of a large department. Andrew specialises in Communication, People Development and Learning Design.
Andrew has extensive experience of one-to-one coaching and workshop facilitation on an international basis across Europe and USA. As part of his work, he also coaches individuals and groups in handling the media.
He supports organisations through the instigation and facilitation of management and departmental change projects. He also helps clients design, develop and deliver their own communication and trainer/facilitator development programmes. These include presentation, conference speaking, task prioritisation, meetings protocols and facilitation skills.
Much of Andrew’s work is with leading companies in the chemical, engineering and financial industries as well as government agencies. Currently he is a lead facilitator on specific government pathfinder projects in the south of England.
